Firemen, who broke into tho building, declare that they were almost overcome by the pungent pun-gent odor of kerosene. It is regarded as little short of a miracle that the blaze "was confined, and now that it Is known that the fire was of incendiary- origin, threats of lynching, if the guilty parties are found, arc being heard on every side. |
