The address of wolcom was delivered deliv-ered by John Halls, vice president of the Weber county board of education educa-tion and the response was made by Clarence Barker of the Rlverdale school. Dr. Jensen spoke on modern educational edu-cational problems, paying particular attention to those met in the grade schools and pointing out to his hearers hear-ers how they could be best overcome He also explained the results to be obtained by different methods of attacking at-tacking the problems.
