I I Me said that the remainder of the strikers had shown considerable enmity for him since he had returned to work and that be was certain thtt they had Informed the sheriff thatj .he hud the liquor in his possession. 1 ' The court held in passing sentence that Wagslaff was evidently the victim vic-tim of circumstances and spite work and for that reason Imposed the mlnl-l mum sentence. |
