Show LOOTED SHIPMENT TAKEN AROUND EARTH MANILA. P. L, April 1. After ti iellng moro than half way around the world, a shipment of what was supposed to he cotton texllle., turned out to bo bricks, paving stono and hay. On February 12th the freighter, Ocean Monarch, arrived horts from New York and way ports bringing a cargo of general merchandise. Tho ship's manifest showed that a shipment ship-ment of cotton toxtllcs w(u con-slgned con-slgned to Llm Tulco and Company, a Chinese firm.
