J .Muginnis In the I federal court this forenoon. The case! against his nephew. Jouph Mousohe, j charged with the same offense, was dismissed. Berry's bail was reduced : from $1,000 to $7.'i R. C. Belnap and I,. R, Watts, federal fed-eral narcotic officers testified as to how the evidence again I Berry waj . obtained. They told of giving John Doe Matthews, Mat-thews, a drug adlct marked money, of Belnap following him to the Union ; station where Berry was employed as a bootblack, of Matthews meeting Berry' und later producing for Belnap the drug he had bought. Berry ras immediately arrested and in his pockets pock-ets was found the marked money, Bel nap said.
