ETishler drawn on the Ogden State bank for $S.2S without sufficient funds in the bank Photopulos testified that his son had given Fishier the check during his absence from the store and that Fishier Fish-ier knew when he accepted thS check that tlire were not sufficient fundi In the hank to cover it. that he had talked the matter over with Fishier when he learned ihat his son hud given giv-en him the check, and had promised to make tbe check good, and that hf-had hf-had iyhl Fishier $10 on the check, $ E at two different times.
