(By The Associated Associ-ated Press) All Idea of an Interna- 1 tknal loan to Germany has been1 given up by the committee of bankers bank-ers und they are meeting today to agree upon the form of their report to this effect which will be submitted submit-ted to the reparations commission. The work of formulating the report, it is said, may take two or three eft ting-. The prevailing conviction among the members of the bankers' committee com-mittee Is that two things are necessary neces-sary to the loan; first, there must lo unanimity among the lenders, which were to Include all the countries rep- slon. second, that the credit basis of Qt rrnany must be outlined clearly.
