Assistant City Attorney Samui 1 Powell told the court that Sergeant A K Stevens had been unable, as yet, to locate the complaining witness Frank Swearlnger. The case of the city ngalnst Tom Mick, charged on one complaint w.th having liquor In hi- possession and on another complaint with selling liquor were called. He Is to be tried March th on the .tharge of having liquor In his possession, pos-session, at which date the -ourt will also set the date for trial on the charge of selling liquor. |
