Candlend and others Thp plan as formulated last night would embrace generally the pooling of the wool of growers desirous of participating, par-ticipating, in the hands of B state central cen-tral committee, which would undertake to finance, warehouse, grade and market mar-ket the wool tlelivered to it As outlined out-lined thus far, the plan would purpose to secure the best available prices to the growers as rapidly as possible at a minimum of expense, the grower to receive what his wool would actually! bring, less only the amount neceasury to handle the undertaking Operation of the national wool warehouse ware-house act. whereby the wool can be stored under federal supervision in bonded warehouses and negotiable warehouse receipts Issued therefor, formed one of the principal points of' the discussion, it heing pointed out by Mr Fawcett that the act was adopted' especially as an aid to tho range1 growers, where the individual clips aro of considerable magnitude. The three principles of a pool, Mr. Fawcetl said, are to permit the marketing mar-keting of wool in an orderly fashion, to shorten the route between the pro- ducer and the consumer, and to provide pro-vide for better methods In the preparing prepar-ing of wool for markft.
