other orders from watkins bryan on the city for various materials m used in the building for nails tin till etc walking watkins claimed hat that he had bad lost considerably by the running it away way offis of his partner with about it was also asserted that the contract had been taken much too low alderman stratford thought it was a grave gravel question of honor lionor whether the city should accept all these orders the mayor spoke anthe ona the affair allair in a clear businesslike business like manner showing that tha the tile council was bound by hie the terms of the contract and was
