oats were made BO so that the rules now read as follows t WINTER WHEAT no noa I 1 white winter wheat shall be pure white winter wheat or red and white mixed sound plump and well cleaned no 2 white winter wheat shall bo be white winter wheat or red and wh white ite mixed sound soun dand and reasonably clean no 3 white winter wheat s shall half include white winter wheat or red and white mixed not clean and plump enough for no 2 but not weighing less than fifty four pounds to the measured bushel in 16 the case of the mixture of red and white winter wheat it shall be graded according to the tile quality thereof and classified aa sa white win ter nur n IV OATS no 2 white oata oats shall be seven eighths eig I 1 i white and e equal to no 2 in all other rasp respects acts 4 no 2 oata oats
