on motion of alderman Al dirman tanner referred to the cum committee in attee on streets with regard to the profile of spring and sixth streets which had been presented in the last council the committee recommended it be accepted as the official grade which was after some discussion by various various members of the council pro et contra so re solved by the bouncil the petition presented
