fully the constitutional objections to the internal revenue bill billas as amended by the senate and bung the came same together with the opinion of the house in regard thereto before the committee of conference etc and moved to reconsider the motion by which the senate had agreed to the lie conference ingalls raised a point of order it was not in in order to read or refer to particular words or
