| Show HOUSE the house was called to order at oo A communication was received from the council annot announcing that minjo they had amended tho the house concurrent resolution directing the S ergeant at arms regarding securing newspapers etc for officers and members tho the amendment making the number of papers three instead of four fo and providing that they shall be newspapers published in the territory orv the amendments were concurred in A communication was received from the territorial treasurer enumerating the property in in his possession on on motion of mr hatch the re report ort was accepted and ordered spread on tile minutes A communication was received from the secretary stating that he lie wa waa a unable to furnish tile edition of the laws of the territory passed at the session of 1880 as desired they having been exhausted by his egiy giving them away air mr jaques moved eliat the freedom reef of the hall bo be extended to a num number berof of persons mr dusenberry asked mr jaques es to withhold his motion for a few moments and presented tho the report of the special committee appointed to report re ort rules for the guidance of the bouse house A communication was read which stated that the council had concurred ill m the house resolution dire directing ct the sergeant at arms to procure four copies each of the laws of the forty sixth Con congress grem the report of the special committee on rules was then read mr dusenberry moved the acceptance cep tance of the report and that the rules be put upon their passage mr stout moved that fifty copies of the rules be printed for the use of the house mr hatch moved an amendment that so much of oatlie the rules as applied to alio appointment of standing committees be adopted A discussion ensued as to what should be done with the report and it 11 was as finally decided fiat fifty y copies sh should be printed for the use of members A communication was received from alio council stating that the tile i council had adopted a resolution that the homo concurring copies of the daily mi nates cs and iid ars copies of names and residences of members and of officers of cash house with the standing b committee be printed i anted for the use of the member pr tho r h resolution was concurred in the house adjourned till 10 on wednesday |
