R. publican ruiidldnte for governor of Pennsylvania, nn Monday swore out a warrant for the arrest of K. A. Van Velkcnberg, editor and president of the North American company of this city. (Inn King III in with criminal libel. The warrant la based on an attack begun by the North American oil October 13 agalnat Mr. Tener'a bust- " ness Integrity. Thn charges have been reiterated dally. Ilrlefly, they assert that Mr. Tener waa "a friend and aasoclute of swindlers."
