Mitchell Palmer in a statement issued today regarding regard-ing the reports that Mr. Wilson might seek a third term. Incidentally Mr. Palmer who last night Bpoke in this city, disclaimed an;, personal presidential ambitions and emphatically said the department of justice would enforce prohibition following fol-lowing July 1. On the subject of prohibition, Mr. Falmer said; "You can hardly say that demobilization demobiliza-tion has taken place when we have a million men or so under arms as we will have then. LTnless the president rescinds his proclamation the country will go dry July 1. Can we enforce the law in this regard? Why not?
