Fourteen students at the University Uni-versity of Colorado, inembers of Sigma Delta Chi, journalistic fraternity, alleged to have bean responsible for the publication of articles offensive to faculty members and other students in Silver and Gold, the college paper, pa-per, were suspended last night. Dean F. E .R. Hellems, of the college of liberal arts, who suspended sus-pended the men in the abse'nee of President Norlin, declared that the campus gossip and personal per-sonal items in the last edition of the paper were indecent. o
