Wheelwright, charged with having struck his siler, Anna Wheelwright ' Isti. o August 17, appeared ap-peared for irla before the city court this morning. Mrs. Olsen testified this morning that her brother had sent his stepdaughter step-daughter to the Olsen garden to gather gath-er tomatoes. Mts. Olsen ordered the girl away. Later, she claims, her brother came and started gathering tomatoes. Remonstrating with him luid telling him that he hud no right to the tomatoes, she attempted to m;ik him leave the garden, she said. M!-v Olsen said that she seized her brother for the purpose of preventing huii in. 1. 1 pulling up tomato plants. He struck her, she testified.
