Rlngling, who claims to be kin of the Itingllngs of circus fame, has been held at the Caldwell Jail on a charge of attempting to pass a fictitious check. For seven years the murder of "FrenChy" was veiled with mystery and until Rlngling made the following follow-ing confession, no i lite to the murder had been discovered ' I, Al Rlngling of Caldwell.
