Lucas, Denver, Major R. P. Burgess, El Paso, Percy A. Cupper, Cup-per, Salem, Ore.; E. F. Blaln, Seat-th Seat-th Blme Ely, Phoenix; J. EC, Edwards, Forsythe, Mont., W, A. Beard, Sacramento. Sacra-mento. Most of theoe are accredited representatives of the governors of their respective states Senator John F, Nugent, Gov Davis and Representatives Burton L.
