The directors named are the same as those mentioned iii the com plaint of the Idaho district attornev -Charles W, Niblcy, Merrill Nibley, W. 9. McCormiCk, Stephen H. Love, W. II. Wattls. David A. Smith. Thomas, R Cutler and Jame D Murdoek. The defendants were arraigned be- fore Commissioner Van Pelt, som-weeks som-weeks ago and bound over for Ihe preliminary pre-liminary hearing under $10,000 bond? each. If the defendants are bounci over for trial as a result of tho hearing Mr. Flske will seek to transfer the case to South Dakota for trial. |
