It is! understood that the popular pastor of i the First Congregational church in ' Salt Lake, Dr. Elmer I. Goshen is at ( the head of the campaign in the capital , city. Miss Stewart to Lead Drive. Mis:j Margaret Stewart, manager of the Ogden Merchants' association will , engineer tho enterprise in this city in j which she will be assisted not only by tho merchants but by officials of" the j Latter Day Saints church and mlnis-J mlnis-J ters of the evangelical churches.
