Show t r , Brigham City Society j Thursday evening, the Sun Flower tamp ot the Daughters of the Pioneers met at the home of Mrs. V T. Little-wood Little-wood in its regular monthly meeting. ,The program consisted of mnalcal 'numbers and a sketch of the lives of I Mr. and Mrs. Geo ;nbert. A dainty ' lunrheon was served and the balance of the evening spent in story-telling i and singing old time songs. A reunion of tho Dewey family will' be hob! ;.' Dcweyville on September 1 2nd. An excellent program is being! prepared for the occasion, and the fol- ' lowing day the family will come to Brigham to participate in the annual, Peach day celebration. The monthly meeting of the Segn Lily camp of the Daughters of the Pioneers was held Fridayaevening at the home of Mrs. S. C. Wlxom. There were about thirty -five ladies present, I and the program .consisted of musical1 numbers by Edith and Priscilla Nel-j eon, Helono Valentine ;nd Emma Ras-mussen. Jen-sen. A dainty tray luncheon was served. Mr and Mrs. Rodney Hillam. Miss Verna Hillam of Salt Lake, and Mrs. Eliza VanDylte ol tfew York, w honor gueata at a party given by Mrs. R. P. Forsgren Wednesday evening. A fine supper was served and the evening eve-ning spent in social chat. Brigham City guesLs present were Mr. and Mrs Milton Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Knudson and Mrs. Amy Wright. Mr. and Mrs. C. W Hoist were guests of honor at a silver shower Tuesday evening given by Miss Mary Hoist. The young couple received some nice presents and the evening was spent in games and music Refreshments Re-freshments were served. Mrs. E. E. Estep of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is visiting in Brigham with her moiher. Mrs Hose N'eeley. Mr. and Mrs. C J. Sorensen of Ogden, Og-den, spent Sunday in this city visiting relatives and friends. Mrs Charles Anderson and Mrs H. Horsley were isiting frienus in Ogdt-n Saturday. Mrs Clarice W. Forsgren is spending spend-ing the week with friends in Salt Lake-City. Lake-City. The Beehive camp of the Daughters of the Pioneers gave a delightful party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Peterson Friday evening.
