Show WHEAT DIRECTOR WARNS DEALERS TO GET LICENSES WASHINGTON. Aug. 21. Another move in the government's campaign to cam bat tho high cost of living v ;i j made today by Wheat Director Jul-, ius H. Barnes in warning all dealers' I acts delinquent in taking out federal licenses to obtain them at once under pain of prosecution by ihe deparl Iment of justice. The license requirements will bo rigidly enforced Director Barnes notified no-tified the dealers. The only exceptions excep-tions to the regulations of the wheat directorate are bakers consuming less than fifty barrels of wheat flour monthly, retailers, farmers and farmers' farm-ers' cooperative associations. License control under the wheat director di-rector is made neeesary.
