McCor-mlck McCor-mlck has filed suit here to prevent his former wife, Edith Rockefeller McCormlck, from coming into possession pos-session of 123,824 shares or standard Oil of Indiana stock. The securities are valued at more than 7,fl00,000 and constitute a trust fund created by Mrs. McCormlck's father, John 1. Rockefeller, Rocke-feller, Sr. i Mr. McCormlck filed the suit In the name of hla granddaughter, Anita Oser.
