His name Is also said to be assured, or possibly pos-sibly the English equivalent of the Austrian. Reports that the parents of tho girl alleged to have been mistreated by the photographer are eager to have him prosecuted to the limit have been made by Sheriff Peterson, and he has stated also that in the event of insufficient in-sufficient evidence to prosecute him on the federal charge is found, this case alone will be sufficient to warrant prosecution. In tho meantime the photographic gallery at 2457 Washington avenue, where for nearly two years, the Austrian Aus-trian followed his profession as a photographer, pho-tographer, Is wearing an air of desertion deser-tion and the apparatus and frames Inside In-side are probably accumulating a heavy coat of dust. Thomas himself today at the, county Jail appeared badly In need of a shave, collarless and Avlth an inscrutable countenance. He is said to have made no protest at his arrest or confinement |
