Show Deaths and Funerals CHRISTEN SEN Tho funeral of Mrs. Annio Christensen was hold yesterday yes-terday in tho Methodist church with Rev. C. R. Garver officiating. Rov. Gar-ver Gar-ver took Matthow, 5th chapter, for his text "Blessed aro tho pure in heart for they shall seo God." The Methodist, choir sang "Jesus Savior, Pilot Mo" and "Nearer My God to Theo" and "In tho Sweet Byo and Mye."l Interment Ogdon city cemetery, tho grave being dedicated by Rev. Garver. MORTENSON Funeral services for Ben Mortenson will be hold Sunday at 2 p. m., in the Ninth ward mooting houso, Bishop W. O. Ridges officating. Tho Woodmen of tho World, Elks and United Commercial Travelers, of which ho was a member, will attend tho services in a body. Tho body will Ho in state at tho family hpmc, 293C Adams avenue, Saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday until 1 p. m. Interment Ogdon city cemetery. MINOR Tho funeral of Mrs. Harriet Har-riet Minor was held yesterday at 4 p. m. in tho Second ward meeting house with Bishop Georgo E. Browning of-i of-i flciatlng. Tho speakers wero George Shorten, J. S. Cantwell, E. J. Jones and Bishop G. E. Browning. Joseph Fern-ellus Fern-ellus sang "Unanswered Yet" and "Oh, Grave, Whore is Thy Victory." Mrs. Watt Lloyd sang "I Havo Read of a Beautiful City" and "The Christmas Good Night" Interment was in Ogden city comotory. Tho grave was dedicated dedi-cated by C. J. A. Lindquist Tho following fol-lowing wore the pallbearers: Walter and Reuben Wadman, Joo Berelle. Georgo Sparks, Henry Ammerson and Wilford Lund. oo |
