The wedding ceremony was per-formed per-formed at the home of the bride's parents. par-ents. 2780 Volker avenue at 8 o'clock Wednesday evening, June 12 and quite a number of friends were present to witness the ceremony and to enjoy the evening at the home which had been attractively decorated for the nuptial occasion with myriads' of spring (lower (low-er and carnations in pink and white combined with trailing ferns'. In the parlor where the wedding was performed per-formed by Bishop Wheelwright, the decoration- were especially attractive and in the dining room the sam color scheme was carried out in detail. 1'ink and white carnations and ferns arranged ar-ranged in a lovely vase graced the center of the table and were placed about the room. The briae was winsome In a prettily fashioned gown of the daintiest of pink taffeta and Georgette crepn and her bridesmaid, Miss Genevieve Do Young was also prettily dressed. The groom was attended by Mr. N. A Burton of Montello, N'ev Immediately following the ceremony a wedding supper served and th evening was enjoyed by quite a Dumber Dum-ber of guests present Sir, and Mr.- Dennis received some very lovely gifts from their host of friends in this city and from Wichita, Kansas, where the groom formerly resided. Mr Dennis, however, has resided in Ogden lor the pant three years and has many friend. in this city, where he, with his charming charm-ing bride will make a home for the j present Some very plensnl pre-nuptial events were held for the bride since , the announcement of her engagement, among them being the parcel shower j given by Mrs. W. A Malan and Mrs. Charles Burton at the home of the former, for-mer, where thirty friends wer bidden j to enjoy a delightful entertainment 'planned for them. The bride-to-be received re-ceived many pretty sifts from her girl friends who attended. The home on thir occasion was also very prettily decorated in spring flowers and a bullet bul-let luncheon was served. MUSICALE AT CONSERVATORY Among 'he several interesting musical mus-ical entertainments of the week in Og-den Og-den was the recital given at the Con-!
