Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. Stato Engineer's 'OfHce, Salt Lake City, Utah, Aug. 21, 1913. Notico is hereby given that MIlo Andrus, whoso postoffico address is Murray, Utah, has made application In accordance with tho requirements of Sectlcn 12s8x24, Chapter 62, Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, to change the point of diversion and place of use of three (3) second-feet of water from Hoyt Canyon Creek, heretofore diverted divert-ed at a point 102 rods south nnd 37 rods west from the north quarter corner cor-ner of Section 3, Township 2 South, Rango 6 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and used to irrigato 150 acres of land embraced in Sections 32 and 33, Township 1 South, Range 6 East- The applicant now desires to divert tho water at a point 670 feet north and 200 feet east from tho sec- Ition corner above described and convoy con-voy it by means of a ditch for Ut distance dis-tance of 3000 feet and uso during the irrigation season to irrigato 150 acres of land embraced in the NW Section Sec-tion 3 and NE Vi Section 4, Township 2 South, Range 6 East. This application applica-tion is designated in the Stato Engineer's Engi-neer's office as No. a423. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must bo made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50. and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notico.
