Show M BREAD IS TO BE ON EXHIBITION AT COURT HOUSE An exhibit of war bread will be elven tomorrow afternoon at the court house, by the Weber county Women 'a rarm bureau. There are soveral cooka m the county who have gained local fam for their klll in making war bread from lowly ingredients whkh are enemies of fine whit flour and! their ability will be displayed lomor row ut the exhibit. Potato, rye. barley, oatmeal, rice, graham and several other substitutes have ben used very successfully and quite extensively by the women of Weber county in making war bread and these different constitu sntl of the present popular "staff of life" will be shown Miss Gertrude MeCheyne of the Utah Acrlcultural college and Miss Kdna Ladwlg pt the county women's bureau will attend the meeting and probably give short lectures. Every one interested in the subject is invited to attend. The meeting will be held in Judg Ageo's court room and wjll commence at 2.30 p. m. The exhibit will also be in that room. The meeting and exhibit will be in rharce of the conservation committee of the Women's Farm bureau. on |
