Show EXAMINATION FOS . FOURTH CLASS POSTMASTER The United States civil service commission com-mission has announced an examination to be held at Ludln. Utah, on December Decem-ber 14. 1918, as a result of which it is expected to make certification to fill a contemplated vacancy in the position of fourth class postmaster at Lucin j .and other vacancies as they may occur oc-cur at that office, unless it shall be! decided in the intorcsts of the service to fill any vacancy by reinstatement. The compensation of the postmaster at this office was $270 for the last fis- . cal year. Applicants must have reached their twenly-first birthday on the date of the examination, with the exception thai in a state where women are declared by statute to be of full age for all purposes pur-poses at 18 years, women IS years of age on the date of the examination J will be admitted. j Applicants must reside within the territory supplied by the postoffice for which the examination is announced. The examination is open to all citizens citi-zens of the United States who can comply with the requirements.
