Show FIRST MEN BEFORE SUMMARY COURT JORDAN NARROWS CAMP, July 12. Verdicts of guilty in all five cases which wore brought before the summary sum-mary court martial here yesterday, wore returned by the presiding officer offi-cer of this first summary court. Sergeants Glen Allen and Roy Bos-hard Bos-hard of F battery, who were charged with being absent from the camp without with-out leave for two days, were the first men to como boforo Summary Court Officer Captain Albert E. Moyors and their cases quickly disposed of. While no punishment has yet been meted out, it is probable that the men will be eliminated from the camp and reduced reduc-ed to tho ranks. Severe Penalties. .Recommendations by the court that punishments of tho threo men who were found guilty of being absent from their posts be most severe, were made following the verdict Tho usual us-ual punishment in such cases Is a fine not to exceed $300 or three months In the county jail, or both, said Captain Meyers following the hearing. What their punishment will be has not yet beon given out, Tho fact that both sergeants, found guilty of absonce without leave, wore but recently married probably saved them from being taken before a general gen-eral court and given dishonorable discharges, dis-charges, officers said yosterday.
