N. C. V. R.) has been lost nt sea with all hands. "The vessel left Halifax at 3 p. m., December 11, for Bermuda. At 4 a. in., I December 12, a wireless message was ! received from her stating that a moderate mod-erate southeast wind wns blowing. At 3 p. in., December 13, another wireless wire-less message was received stating that owing to the storm she was making for Tort Shelburne. At 7:58 p. m., December 12, she called 'S. O. S.' stating her position was latitude of 13 degrees, 40 north longitude, 64 degrees, de-grees, 60 wesL At 7:30 p. m. a final message -w.as received 'now sinking.' "No word has been received from her since. Orders were immediately given for all available vessels to proceed pro-ceed to her assistance and endeavors made by wireless telegraphy to inform any vessels at sea in that vicinity. Vessels are now searching for any signs of wreckage." The officors on board the ship, in addition to her commander, were Sub-Lleuteuants Sub-Lleuteuants McL. Fry and R. E.
