OCR Text	Show VILLA TO KILL THE AMERICANS El Paso, Texas, Dec. 8. Jose Bovio, an Italian merchant of Chihuahua City who arrived last night with his daughter Miss Francisca Bovio, claimed claim-ed to have seen and talked with Francisco Fran-cisco Villa when Villa went to tho Bovio home to ask him to notify all foreign merchants to meet with Villa and arrange a forced loan. "Villa came to the front door of my home," Bovio said today. "He asked us our nationality and the other foreigners for-eigners who wore at my home and was told they were German subjects. "Villa turned to me and said: 'You are no German.' J told him I was an Italian. He then asked mo to go and tell 'all of the foreign merchants to meet him at his temporary headquarters headquar-ters to arrange for a forced loan." Villa said he intended to kill only Americans and Chinese, Bovio added.
