Show THE BINGHAM NEWS BINGHAM LOSLS.TO ARTHUR, WEDNES1)A George (Red) Perry southpawed Arthur to a decisive victory over Bing ham Wednesday. Bingham sent in rijfht-haniie- d hitters in an effort to win, but they were helpless before the wonderful pitching of Ked,who struck out five men and allowed bui six hits, which were scattered over five in-nings. The ninth inning was the only one Bingha.n succeeded in bunching two hits, the first a single and the aecond a triple. But two extra base hits were collected off Red's pitching', both beinif triples. Two of the four runs scored by the Miners were un-earned, coming on an outfield error. This is the third time Terry has de-feated Bingham this year. In addition to his exceptional pitchi-ng, Perry helped win his own game by driving: out a home run, a triple and a single in four times at baat. In the third inningr he drove out a homer with none on scoring the first run of the game. In the fourth he laced out a triple with the bases loaded.
