Show FEDERAL COURT FUR NORTHERN UTAH IN SESSION This morning, after setting cases for trial in tho May term of the northern division of the federal court of Utah, Judge T. D. Johnson took up the further fur-ther consideration of the case of Enos A Wall against the Utah Copper company, com-pany, which was" started In the Salt Lake division, Saturday . It is expected ex-pected that argument in this case will be concluded this afternoon and the trial of tho case of tho Bank of Way-tesboro Way-tesboro against T. D. Ryan taken up. The time for trial of cases on the calendar was fixed as follows: Bank of Waynesboro vs. T. D. Ryan, May 1. Utah Association of Credit Men vs. Central Milling company, continued Indefinitely. Possible settlement, Ogden City vs. Union Pacific; motion mo-tion for new trial, May 27. Oregon Short Line vs. Weber county, coun-ty, action to settle boundary lines of right of way in Roy, May 2. Southern Pacific vs Hyrum Overson, May 2. H. Albert, objection to discharge of bankruptcy. May 3. Utah Association of Credit Men vs. Farmers & Merchants' Savings bank, May 3. Utah Association of Credit Men vs. Thatcher Milling & Elevator company, continued Indefinitely. Possibility of settlement out of court. United States vs W. B. Wedell, alleged al-leged -shipment of worm-eaten fruit, continued Indefinitely. May be tried in tho latter part of May. Whllo the dates for hearing cases do not extend beyond May 3, the court may bo In session in Ogden all this week. Attorney Roy D. Thatchor was admitted ad-mitted to practice In the federal court. |
