Show A newspaper should be judged jud-ged by its averages upon the whole and not upon any one act ofbmisiion or commission If the writer is honest he is bound to offend some one every week iu his life. If he does not of feud lis is flibby, truculent, namby pamby, Every newspaper news-paper makes mistakes, but in the long run, week after week, year after year, the paper stands for decency, for right living,, for honest thinking, if it speaks fair for those who are doing right and condemn sneaks, cheats and violators of law then it deserves de-serves patronage. We only ask that The Times' be measured tip, judged and patronized by this very standard. |
