Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the following follow-ing described ixnjirovemcnto, tu-WIl' To create Van Buren avenue between Twenty-fourth street and Capitol avenue, ave-nue, and Lincoln avenue between Twentieth and Twenty-first streets as a sewer district, and to construct therein a sewer of vitrified or concrete con-crete pipe of sufficient capacity, together to-gether with the necessary manholes and to extend six-inch laterals from the main sewer to tho curb line and to connect all with the manholes of the present sewer system, and all other things necessary to complete the whole in a proper manner according accord-ing to the plans, specifications, and profiles on file in tho office of the city engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expense of the abut-lor's abut-lor's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or pieces of ground within tho following described district, being the district to be affected or benefited by such improvement, namely: All the land lying between the outer boundary bound-ary lines of said streets and a line drawn 132 feet back from and parallel paral-lel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Van Buren avenue between be-tween Twenty-fourth street and Capitol Cap-itol avenue and on both sides of Lincoln Lin-coln avenue between Twentieth and Twenty-first streets, being Lot 10, Block 31. Plat "C;" Lots 1, 2, 3, 24, 25, 26, Capitol Block Sub-division of Block 30, Plat "C;" Lot 1. Block 0, Five-Acre Plat "A;" Lot 14, Block 7, Five-Acre Plat "A;" Block 5, Riverside River-side Park Addition; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 Block 4, Riverside River-side Park Addition, all in Ogden City Survey. The total cost of said improvement Is estimated at $2,000.00. All protests or objections to such improvement or to tho carrying out of such Intention must be presented in writing signed by the owners of abutting property describing the same together with the number of abutting front feet and be filed with the City Recqrder on or before the 29th day of June, 1910. Tho Board of Commissioners at Its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, to-wit, the 26th day of Juno, 1916, will consider the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests or objections objec-tions to said improvement as shall have been made.
