Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notlco is hereby givon by tho Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of tho Intention of said Board of Commissioners to make tho following follow-ing described improvements, to-wlt: ' To create Lincoln Avenue between Twenty-fourth Street and Ogden River at Engineer's Station "A" 157--42.0 as a paving district and to pave tho roadway therein with seven (7) inches of concrete, tho building of all culverts, cul-verts, irrigation and drainage systems, the rebuilding and building of all curbs, gutters, and sidewalks whore necessary, also to construct six-Inch sewer laterals and water service pipes from the main to the curb line at the expense of the Individual owners own-ers opposite the lots or parts of lots or houses not now supplied with such connections, together with the necessary neces-sary grading therefor, and all other things necessary to complete the whole in a proper manner according to the plans, specifications, and profiles pro-files on file in the offico of tho City Engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expenso of the abuttor's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon tho lots or pieces of ground within tho following described district, boing the district to be affected or benefited by such improvement, im-provement, namely All the land lying ly-ing between the outer boundary lines of said street and a line drawn fifty feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Lincoln Avenue between Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth Street and Ogden River at Engineer's En-gineer's Station "A" 157--42.0, being Lots 2, 8, 4, 5 and 6, Block 33; Lots 1 and 10, Block 34; Lots 1, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 37; Lots 5 and 6, Block 38; Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 47; and Lots 1 and 10, Block 48; all in Plat "A" of Ogden City Survey; Lots 10 and 11, and 63 to 91, inclusive, Block 2; Lots 1 and 2, and 12 to 46, Inntnalvn TJlnnlr Q T.nto "1 9 19 ntirl 13, Block 4; and Block 6, all In River-Bide River-Bide Park Addition of Ogden City Survey; Lot 1, Block 6; and Lots 1, 14 and 20, Block 7, and an unnumbered unnum-bered Lot in Block 7, all in FIvo-Acro FIvo-Acro Plat "A" of Ogden City Survey. The estimated cost of each water connection Is fifteen ($15.00) dollars. The estimated cost of each sewer connection is twenty ($20.00) dollars. dol-lars. The estimated cost as given below does not Include tho cost of constructing construct-ing private sewer and water connections connec-tions which are to bo assessed against the property benefited in addition to tho regular assessment. Tho total cost of said Improvement is estimated at thirty-five thousand ($3S,C?0.00) dollars. All protests or objections to such Improvement a? to the carrying out of such intention must be presented In writing signed by th5 owtrs of abutting property describing tho namo together with the number of abutting front feet nnd be filed with the City Recorder on or before the 17th day of Juno, 1916. Tho Board of Commissioners at Its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, to-wit, the 19th day of Jtine, 1916, will consider the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests or objections objec-tions to said Improvement as shall have been made.
