LOUIS LEADING BOWLING CONGRESS Peoria, III, March 19 The Bob Plummers of St Louts were leading tonight in the five-men event at the American Bowling congress, with a score of 2833 The Wild Rose team of Marshalltown, la., was fourth with 2741 New leaders appeared ln the doubles today when George W Remi-as Remi-as and F. Kafora of Chicago secured a hold on top place with a score Df 1237 J Lellinger of Chicago still led the singles with 671 and J L Spaulding of Taylorville, Tnd topped the all-events with 1S48. Tho annual election of the congress was held today and the foreign officers offi-cers were elected: President, F. J. Ryan, Detroit; secretary, A. L Lang try, Milwaukee; treasurer, F. L. Pas-deloup, Pas-deloup, Chlcagq. The exocutive com mittee includes H Q. Schnuck, Siouv City, Iowa, and George Strotz, Des Moines Toledo was awarded the 1M6 tournament |
