Show HTMENT HOUSE OE SEVEN STORIES TO DE ERECTED , After a consultation of two or three days with Architect Henry H. Myers of San Francisco, whoso plans for its big seven-story apartment house have been definitely accepted, the Federal Land & Mortgage company has announced an-nounced that the erection of the structure will begin early In June of this year. Mr. Myers has been In Ogden several days and will probably remain here until the latter part of the week to make a few minor alterations altera-tions In floor plans and to carry out other work connected with the apart ment house. The company also announces that, a quickly as possible after these alterations al-terations are made, bids will be called for and that they expect to award the contract within the next few weeks. The building is to be rady for occupancy by April or May, 1916. The structure Is to be erected on the southwest comer of Twenty-sixth street and Washington avenue, and will ro6t approximately $3500,000. It will be 70x198 feet In ground dimensions, dimen-sions, seven stories high and will have a full basement and a roof garden. gar-den.
