AT CIVIC DAY CELEDRATI01 With a big program of music and speeches and the unfurling of flags on the public buildings, Ogden today celebrated "Civic day" and the win-ring win-ring of the first prize In tohe 1914 clean city contest for "Class A" cities of Utah The program was held in the City Hall park, with Mrs Philip V.
