Macmlllan in the sum of $4, 015 24, the default of the defendant haing been previously entered The suit was instituted to recover a certain promissory note Issued 14 years ago and bearing Interest at 1U per cent a month, the amount of the note being $1,037. so that the accrued Interest amounts to nearly three times the face value of the note I ne plalntlft is the widow of the late L B.
