Mays Is elected to congress con-gress over K. o Leatherwood by a pluralltj of 168. His plurality In Salt Lake county is 826. while Leather-! ! wood received a plurality of 668 in , the other counties of the district Leatherwood announced yesterdav j that he would not contest Mays elec-I elec-I tion. James II. Movie's plurality over Senator Smool in Salt Lake countv is 1076. A discrepancy of about 680 votes exists between the total number of otes cast and the total number ac corded the candidates for t'nited States senate. In the Second precinct of the coun ty V M, Bishop is elected over I, C. Manger by thirteen votes.
