"The character of a city's people Is reflected In the city they have bullded for themselves,' he said. "If It Is marked by cleanliness, order, and evidences evi-dences a desire for constant Improvement, Improve-ment, then we know Immediately that the city Is a good Investment, whether we wish to Invest in Its future by building a home, founding a business, or buying reul estate. "Also it would be well for public-spirited organizations to remember re-member its truth in their campaigns to . boom their home city.
