Show GRAIN RATES NOT DISCRIMINATORY In the caae of C. A Smurthwaite Grain & Milling company of Ogden versus Oregon Short Line, the n-terstate n-terstate commerce commission has decided that the rates charged for the transportation of wheat In carloads car-loads from points in Utah and Idaho to Galveston. Tex . are uot unreason able nor unduly discriminatory.
