We, the undersigned citizens, in be naif of tho public schools of our city, do call a public mass meeting to be held at the Tabernacle, Friday evening. eve-ning. February" 6, at 8 o'clock. at which we may have a free discussion of the system being inaugurated tliere in and so ascertain the public sentiment senti-ment pertaining thereto.
