Show SEPLI TO DEMURRER IN THE PUREE BANK CASE The plaintiff in the case of John S. Lewis vs. the Plngree National bank has filed a reply and demurrer to the defendant's answer, setting forth that the answer does not state facts sufficient to constitue a de-tense, de-tense, in that It Is Irrelevent to allege al-lege that a permit was secured from the city building inspector to erect the bank building In question, or to 6ay that the cornice and front of the structure was erected under the ob serration, agreement or consent of the plaintiff, and, further, that the averment that tho cost of the build ing was $80,000 or that it will damage dam-age the defendant company from (10.000 to $20,000 to remodel the bank does not meet the issues of the complaint. |
