The teams formerly mentionod are the Green-r Green-r woll, Ogden high school, "Weber acad-; acad-; einy and the "Safety First" and Boil-! Boil-! ermakers of the Oregon Short Line. f - This morning the State Industrial school announced its prospective lineup line-up for tho team which it will place In the City high school league, if such : ' a league Is formed. Of last year's t j team, Coach Thomas has Boyd, third baseman; Coleman, ehortstop and j ; Huntington, pitcher. Among the new I : men are Johnson, Hlgley, Frederlck-j Frederlck-j son, Hackle, St. John, Grow, Hilton ii and Young. These boyB are having dally workouts, but their positions have not yet been assigned. Johnson Is a pitcher and weighs 170 pounds. FrederickBon Is a fast all-around player play-er and Young, a colored lad. played on the second Occidental team of Salt Lake' last year. The grounds at the school are being put in good shape and the boys expect to bo right In lino, when their first game is played. Another faat team which has announced an-nounced Its willingness to form part of a city league is made up of- play, ers from the Oregon Short Line freight house. This team put up a good line of ball last season and Manager Man-ager Wallace Brown said this morning morn-ing that the material to pick from was even superior tb last year's team.
