Show KINDERGARTENWORK MEETS MUCH FAVOR Washington, Dec. 28. The sentiment senti-ment of the country, as voiced by the school authorities, is overwhelmingly in favor of kindergarten training for all public school children, according to an announcement made today by the I'nited States bureau of education Opinions on the subject have been sought by the bureau of education from school superintendents, supervisors supervi-sors and primary teachers front all owr the United Statfl B The opinions adverse to the kindergarten mo'hods, says the announcement, "aro surprisingly surpris-ingly few." A report to be Is-'ir-d shortly will contain the opinions of experts as to the advantage possessed by the kindergarten kin-dergarten trained child over the child without such training. A new division has been created in the bureau of education which is making mak-ing a special subject of the kinder garlen its place in the education system, sys-tem, its economic value to (he community com-munity and its future development. |
